RESORT / LOCAL AMENITIES
The wonderful Solterra Resort offers magnificent on-site facilities: large clubhouse with cabanas, zero-entry pool, Jacuzzi, waterslide and lazy river. There's also a cyber café, gym, sports courts and children's playground - truly something for all to enjoy! Located close to the popular ChampionsGate Resort and Golf development, there are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from, just around 10 minutes to Disney World. The stunning white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast at Tampa/St.Pete's are within 90 minutes West, whilst the Atlantic/Space Coast beaches are just around an hour away to the East.

OUTSIDE LIVING
The spacious pool with spa deck is South-facing for maximum sunshine and features a range of outside furniture, including a dining set and sun loungers. A wonderful place to relax after a hectic day at Disney. For those seeking a little shade, the lanai is a great place to retreat from the midday sun.

The pool can be heated at an additional charge.

This spacious 6 bed, 5 bath villa, with South facing private pool with spa, is situated on the gated, sought after Solterra Resort. Immediately inside the front door to the right hand side is the modern formal lounge with two sofas. Adjacent is the modern formal dining table with seating for eight people. Continuing through the villa to the right hand side is the large, modern, open-plan and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating four people. To the left of the kitchen is the family lounge with an "L" shaped sofa, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second family lounge area with an "L" shaped sofa and a flatscreen TV.
