LOCAL AREA / AMENITIES
Florida pines is a small peaceful community with white picket fences and overlooks green fields. Located just off the US27 and only a few miles from US192. The community features a communal pool and children play area. Florida Pines is ideally situated for all the theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Enjoy the fully screened private pool. The sunny pool deck is spacious with padded sun loungers and outside dining options. The lanai is perfect for seeking shade and al fresco dining with a table and chairs seating six.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend you book this extra if you are staying between October and April.

This lovely four bedroom villa sits on the Florida Pines community which is located midway between the US192 and I-4 with less than a ten minute drive to either of Orlando's main travel links. Disney theme parks are just a twenty minute drive away. The villa comes with its own private pool and games room.

LIVING SPACE
The large open-plan kitchen is in the middle of the villa to the right hand side and has a breakfast bar with seating for two people. The formal dining table is in the kitchen and seats eight people. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family lounge at the back of the villa with a sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the pool deck and a flat screen TV.

As a special treat you have your own game room with air hockey and foosball.
