INDIAN POINT / LOCAL AREA This family villa is located on one of Kissimmee's more established resorts, Indian Point, which is built around three attractive lakes. Around the main lake you'll find a range of activities to keep the family amused while on the resort too, including a communal pool, tennis courts, fitness trail & children's play areas. Indian Point is just a half mile drive from Highway 192 and all its many shops and restaurants. It has good road links to all of Central Florida's many attractions, including the amusement parks. Disney and Universal are only a short drive away.

OUTSIDE SPACE This vacation home has a private screened pool area with a fantastic private pool. Around the pool you'll find sun loungers plus a patio set (seats four) – ideal for grabbing a snack poolside after a busy day at Orlando's attraction parks. The lanai is the perfect place to retreat from the midday sun. The pool can be heated at a small additional charge. We recommend you book pool heat extra if you are staying between October and April.

Its private pool deck offers plenty of space the sit and relax – or simply cool off in the pool – plus there is a generous living room and a games room. LIVING SPACE The bright, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table, seating four, is a lovely spot – a great place to sit and plan your day or wind down at the end of it. You can enjoy some beautiful Florida sunsets from this spot. It is open-plan to the family living room and, from there, the pool area. The living room has comfortable sofas plus widescreen TV and DVD player. The laundry room is also accessed off the kitchen. This property also has a formal dining area with glass dining table (seats six to eight). BEDROOMS 1 - Master Suite with Queen-size bed, TV walk in wardrobe. The spacious en-suite has a corner bath, a walk-in shower and twin vanity. 2 - Full-size bed with sliding closet 3 - Tripe bunk; lower bunk is a double and the upper is a single with sliding closet 4 - Two Twin beds with sliding closet ADDITIONAL BATHROOM The family bathroom contains a bath with shower over. ENTERTAINMENT A great addition to this property is the spacious games room with a pool table, darts, stereo and comfortable chairs.
