SEASONS / LOCAL AREA
This spacious vacation home is ideally located on the popular Seasons development in Kissimmee. Despite its central Kissimmee location, it is a tranquil development built around a peaceful lake. The lake walk and children's play area next to the lake offer a nice spot to have a bit of quiet time when you feel like a bit of downtime. Spot a bit of the local Florida wildlife – turtles, armadillos and many wetland birds – or simply do a spot of fishing.
Seasons is situated just off the 192 highway – so you're at the heart of the Central Florida tourist area. Disney World is less than ten minutes away. There are shops and restaurants within a two-minute drive and lots of entertainment possibilities on your doorstep including a local petting zoo, fabulous crazy golf, and the popular 'Medieval Times' themed dinner show.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The pool is fully screened and is south-west facing, so it is perfect for making the most of the wonderful Florida sunshine. Enjoy alfresco dining by the pool with the family or escape the Florida sun for a while and relax in the shade.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge and we recommend you book this optional extra in advance if you are staying between October and April. The stand alone Hot Tub heating is included free of charge.

This fantastic six bedroom family villa in Kissimmee offers something for everybody – south-west facing pool, games room, and four of the bedrooms have King-size beds with en-suite bathrooms. Located in Seasons, Kissimmee, you will find Disney only a short drive away, minutes to the US192 and wonderful restaurants close by.

LIVING SPACE

The kitchen and breakfast area is a great size and very well appointed, with a small breakfast nook (table and chairs for four). Full laundry facilities are provided.
The kitchen is open-plan to the main living room – a spacious family entertainment space with huge wide-screen TV, plenty of natural light, generous leather sofas and views to the pool area. This vacation home has a second living room and a formal dining area, so is enough entertaining space for big groups to be accommodated very comfortably and for everyone to be able to do their own thing.

You are close to good road connections, so you can explore some of Central Florida's attractions further afield: Legoland, Sea World, International Drive, Busch Gardens and the Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches.
We have a number of villas on the resort, so if you are travelling with others it is a great choice. Its location makes this villa absolutely perfect if this is your first visit to Orlando: it sets you right at the heart of the action while maintaining a peaceful resort setting. However, many of our guests come back to Seasons year after year because it is such a wonderful spot.
